We appreciate 24 hours notice for all catering orders during business hours (9am-5pm weekdays). However you are welcome to submit a catering request to catering@rolld.com.au if your catering order/request falls outside these hours. We will always strive to accommodate last minute catering orders, however we cannot always guarantee it will be possible. If you would like to make enquiries/orders placed during the weekend, please contact your nearest Rolld store directly. Otherwise you will receive a response on the next business day.
Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation from our team within 24 hours.

If you’re experiencing issues with your catering order, please email catering@rolld.com.au
You can also call the store that confirmed your order directly.
- Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday – Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel your order, you will need to contact the customer service team:

Terms & Conditions:
Offer available on all catering orders over $300, pre-ordered between 17th November – 31st December 2023. Offer only available at participating Roll’d stores, excluding airport stores. Receive 24x Pork/Vegetarian Spring Rolls with every Catering order over $300. Excludes Roll’d Menu and ‘Group Feeds’. Only available while stocks last and valid for one (1) 24 pack per order. Catering orders must be placed via the pre-order form: rolld.com.au/catering. Minimum 24 hours notice required for all catering orders (business days). A 15% surcharge applies on public holidays. Offer is not redeemable, exchangeable or refundable for any other offer, item or for cash at any time and are not valid in conjunction with any other offers.
