Catering Order Request
REQUEST A CATERING ORDER TO PAY LATER
We appreciate 24 hours notice for all catering orders during business hours (9am-5pm weekdays). However, you are welcome to submit a catering request to catering@rolld.com.au if your catering order/request falls outside these hours. We will always strive to accommodate last minute catering orders, however, we cannot always guarantee it will be possible.
If you would like to make enquiries or place an order during the weekend, please contact your nearest Roll’d store directly. Otherwise, you will receive a response on the next business day.
*Please note: A 1.75% credit card surcharge applies on all orders. A 15% surcharge applies on Public Holidays

You can also call the store that confirmed your order directly.
Changes to your catering order can only be made for orders within the cancellation policy period.
If you have placed your catering order but it has not been confirmed, please call the store directly and they can cancel your order and you can place a new order.
If your order has already been confirmed, please call the store you ordered from to request any changes. If your changes require an additional charge, you will be required to make payment over the phone. If however, your
- Cancellations can only be made up to 24 hours before your order is due to be prepared if your order was due to be picked up or delivered Tuesday – Friday. If you would like to cancel your order within the 24-hour period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- If you would like to cancel your order which was due to be picked up or delivered on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday you will need to cancel by the Friday before by 2pm. If you would like to cancel your order after this period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
To cancel your order, please choose one of the following options:

- Complete the Contact Us form on the website here
- Contact our Support Office on (03) 8564 8186 between Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm (AEST)
Approximately $4 per kilometre, with a $25 minimum fee.
A maximum delivery radius of 12km from your chosen store applies. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to locations outside of this 12km radius.

Next day pickup or delivery is available for orders placed prior to 3pm.

We have low gluten, vegetarian, vegan and halal suitable options. Our whole Roll’d Menu is also 100% nut-free.
