1. Our Roll’d family knows what it takes to be a successful Franchise Partner.
2. Who better than our family to nominate new members to join the group.

1. This incentive applies to the following referrers:
   
   1. Roll’d existing Franchise Partners, who are currently bound by an active franchise agreement with Roll’d Australia and are in full compliance with their existing franchise agreement;
   2. Roll’d store managers and store team members: whether currently employed by a Roll’d Franchise Partner or as a member of a Roll’d corporate store. Roll’d requires a letter of confirmation stating the same from the Franchise Partner (where applicable) and regional manager to assess eligibly before this incentive applies;
   3. Roll’d Head Office Support Team: currently employed by Roll’d provided such employees are not part of the Franchise Partner recruitment process;
   4. Roll’d authorised suppliers: Who currently holds a valid supplier agreement with Roll’d.

Roll’d is offering to pay $10,000 to each Referrer when a prospective Franchise Partner enters into a new franchise agreement with Roll’d, and that Franchise Partner successfully opens a Roll’d franchised business for a new site. Such incentive to be paid within 30 days from the store opening day.

1. As noted above, this incentive does not apply to any Roll’d employees who forms part of the Franchise Partner recruitment process. This includes all staff of the Development Team: the Franchising Team, the Property Team, and the Designs & Construction Team.
2. Further, the incentive does not apply:
   
   1. if the prospective Franchise Partner requires vendor finance from Roll’d or enters into a separate arrangement with Roll’d (for example, as a joint partnership or shareholder); and/or
   2. the Referrer is to be involved, directly or indirectly, and in any way whatsoever in the prospective franchised business.
3. In addition to the above, the incentive will only apply when all the below factors are satisfied to the satisfaction of Roll’d:
   
   1. to prospective Franchise Partners that have been issued with an offer to franchise between 1 December 2025 to 30 June 2026.
   2. the prospective Franchise Partner has mentioned the Referrer in the first introduction meeting with Roll’d;
   3. to prospective Franchise Partner:
      
      1. does not previously or currently operate a Roll’d franchised business; or
      2. is not a previous or current employee of any Roll’d franchised stores or employed by or through Roll’d directly, including all corporate store staff and head office support;
   4. for new Roll’d stores only. This incentive does not apply in relation to any company store purchase or the purchase of a store from an existing Roll’d Franchise Partner by a prospective Franchise Partner;
4. The Referrer does not, and understands and acknowledges that they do not, have the authority to make any representation whatsoever about any prospective new site or any representation or comment in connection with potential profitability, loss or any other detail about the proposed franchised business, or any other existing franchised business;
5. Roll’d may amend or cancel this incentive at any time at its sole discretion.
