A flavour adventure awaits. All you need is our new Roll’d Soy & Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing. Deliciously savoury to suit every palate, it’s a perfect splash for any salad or drizzled over your favourite meat, fish and vegetables. Vietnam-easy!

Cook time: 15-20 minutes
2 x 250g Porterhouse Steak
2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Small Chill, Chopped (Optional)
1 Tbs Oyster Sauce
2 Tbs Minced Lemongrass
1 Tbs Honey
1 Tbs Light Soy Sauce
4 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
2 Carrots, Peeled and Cut Into Matchstick Size
2 Lebanese Cucumber, Shaved
¼ Cup Coriander
½ Cup Mixed Salad Leaf
Roll’d Soy & Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing
1. Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and leave the steaks to marinade for 30mins.
2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a splash of veg oil and cook the steaks through 3-5mins on each side or to medium rare, cook longer if you like your beef more cooked. Remove onto a plate and leave to rest.
3. In 4 bowls divide the rice, carrots, cucumber and salad evenly. Slice the steaks and place in the bowl. Drizzle the Roll’d Soy & Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing over the top. Serve.
