Planning and adaptation are two of the key elements that have contributed to Rolld’s incredible growth and success. Selling up to 1000 rice paper rolls per day in some stores, Rolld has grown rapidly from their fist store in Goldsborough Lane, Melbourne- now boasting 38 stores across the country with plans to expand overseas.
Founders Bao Hoang, Tin Ly and Ray Esquieries attribute meticulous planning and strategising to their success, along with the adaptation of traditional Vietnamese recipes optimised for the lunch market in Australia.
