The best of Melbourne’s food scene are preparing to take part in one of Melbourne’s most popular foodie events – The Age Melbourne Night Noodle Market – November 12-29 and this year there’s a new kid on the block.

For the very first time, Rolld will be rolling in a Vietnamese street food stall – packed with fresh, crunchy, slurpy delicacies for visitors to savour.

The Rolld stall will give visitors a truly Vietnamese-inspired taste, where the best and most flavoursome food options are often found in the crowded street food stalls.

So, as you would when eating authentic street food in Vietnam, line up, get your chopsticks ready and tuck into an array of addictive Vietnamese bites.

Made fresh daily, Rolld Soldiers (rice paper rolls), The B and Uncle Pho (pho) are the sweet, salty and addictive bites on offer at the Rolld stall at this year’s Night Noodle Market.

The skills of the staff will be tested with Rolld expecting to hand roll thousands of Rolld Soldiers over the course of the festival to keep up with the hungry crowds’ appetites.

And needless to say, the Rolld team are excited…
“This is exactly what Rolld is all about – street food. Nothing’s more exciting than the

buzz and smell of food and people,” says Rolld Marketing Director, Christina Murrell.

“For all foodies going to the Night Noodle Market, we’re giving our customers’ the chance to win 10 Rolld $20 gift vouchers every week during the event. Simply take happy snaps of our stand or food purchased at our stand, hashtag #rollddoesnoodle and post on Instagram. Vouchers will be given to the most creative posts.”

To compliment the food offering, this year’s Night Noodle Market will also feature three dedicated bar areas when visitors can enjoy a drink or two. Event organisers predict the 2015 event will be bigger and better than ever with a total of 56 stalls and over 550,000 people expected. So get in early!
