Roll’d family, meet Sarah Leung. An Accredited Practising Dietician for 10 years, Sarah combines her cooking skills with the latest in food science to transform the way we approach nutrition. BBQ chicken Bún!

“Bún bowls are a good source of protein, combined with carbohydrates (rice or noodles) and fresh salad, including pickled carrot, shredded cucumber and lettuce. My personal favourite is the BBQ Chicken Bún, as it’s low in fat overall and particularly low in saturated fat. Both carbohydrate options are also packed with fibre – especially the rice. That’s my go-to!”
