Vietnamese salad is always crunchy, salty and zesty. There are several popular salads such as the coleslaw, which is usually topped with slices of chicken. The lotus stem salad with prawns and the paw paw salad. In our stores we offer a vegetarian option, lemongrass beef, prawn and pork, prawn only and chicken.

Gỏi

Gỏi, sometimes referred to as Vietnamese coleslaw, is so much more than just salad. A healthy tumble of shredded cabbage, carrots and lots of Asian herbs, with added texture from fried shallots and peanuts, it’s a dish used to celebrate special occasions in Vietnam. It brings people together. It has a distinctive fresh crunch that’s nothing less than rejuvenating, and it’s one of few addictions that should be encouraged. Ours comes with your choice of lemongrass beef, roast pork belly, prawn and pork, poached chicken breast, prawn or tofu.
