Introducing bún: a chilled rice vermicelli noodle salad elevated with grilled meats, fresh herbs and vegetables – like pickled carrots, bean sprouts, cucumbers, spring onion and lettuce. If you can’t make it to Hanoi where it’s popular, come visit us…
