    ROlld Snap & WIN competition 

1. The promoter of this competition is Rolld Australia Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) (ABN 24 160 241 789) of 1st Floor, Rear of 376 Glen Huntly Rd, Elsternwick, Victoria, Australia, 3185, 03 9532 9810.

2. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees of Rolld Australia and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3. This competition is a game of skill.

4. This competition commences at 9:00AM AEST on 19th June 2017 and ends at 11:59PM 9th July 2017 (“Competition Period”).

5. To enter this competition entrant must:

  • Follow rolld_australia on Snapchat.
  •  Send a creative ‘snap’ to the rolld_australia Snapchat account that answers the question ‘How much do you love Rolld?’.
  • Rolld will confirm when a snap has been successfully received. Upon confirmation, entrants will be required to send via Snapchat their full name, email address and State of residence.

6. Entries will be judged by a panel consisting of employees of the Rolld Australia Marketing Team against the following criteria: clarity, skill, relevance, originality, creativity and merit.

7. Five winners will be chosen (“The Winners”) by the panel. Each Winner will each receive one year’s supply of Rolld’s Soldiers®. (a total of 2 free Soldiers® per day over the course of 12 months).

8. Total prize pool is $5,000 AUD.

9. Winners will be notified by email in week commencing 24th of July 2017. Winners will be published after this date on the Rolld Facebook Page and on the Rolld Australia Website Blog.

10. Rolld Australia is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this competition or the Prize that comprise this competition, including costs incurred during travel.

11. If the Prize remains unclaimed after 5 days of the Winner being contacted, Rolld Australia may deem that the Winner is ineligible to receive the prize. The Panel will choose an alternative Winner and the alternative Winner will be notified via email. The alternative Winner must then respond back via email.

12. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rolld Australia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize. Where the Prize is unavailable for any reason it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value subject to relevant state and territory regulations.

13. Information regarding the Prize and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

14. Rolld Australia reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of Rolld Australia.

15. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Rolld Australia, Rolld Australia reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Rolld Australia and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).

17. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by Rolld Australia for the purpose of conducting this competition and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent.

18. By entering this competition, the Entrant agrees to Rolld Australia using their entry idea for printing, broadcast, publicity, commercial and promotional purposes without compensation and agrees that Rolld Australia will own all intellectual property rights, including copyright, in any such material and agrees not to object to any such use on the basis of any moral right.

19. As a condition of entry to this competition, the Entrant consents to Rolld Australia sending them promotional emails. Entrants may choose to opt-out of receiving this emails anytime by clicking on the unsubscribe emails on Rolld Australia emails.

20.The competition is in no way associated with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Snapchat.
